Klientka je pokojnej povahy, verbálne komunikuje bez prejavov nepokoja, väčšinu dňa trávi spánkom. Keď sa v noci zobudí, sama si pustí TV a sama sa napije; nočná práca nie je potrebná. Býva vo veľkom apartmáne s dvoma terasami, pohyblivým kreslom, s prírodou aj obchodmi v blízkosti; v zime sa prechádzky nerobia, využíva sa terasa, fajčenie je povolené len vonku na terase, nákupy zabezpečuje opatrovateľka, k dispozícii je bicykel. Syn navštevuje denne, no na 1 mesiac odcestuje.
