We are looking for an experienced and reliable caregiver for an 83-year-old senior woman with dementia, who lives with her husband in a house in Guxhagen Grebenau (Postal Code 34302). The elderly gentleman does not require care, often goes out for sports, and sometimes returns later, so the caregiver needs to be available during his absence.

The senior woman is mobile with assistance and requires help with daily activities, including toileting, as she is incontinent. There is a cat in the household. During the week, meal delivery is provided, but on weekends, the caregiver prepares meals.

Main responsibilities include caring for the lady, short walks, social activities, household cleaning, and weekend cooking. The caregiver should be cheerful, humorous, and able to provide pleasant company. The daily routine includes a walk in the garden, afternoon coffee at 16:00, watching television, and conversations at 17:30. Three times a week, the husband spends the evening doing sports, and the caregiver is needed at home until his return, including administering medication at 22:30.

A driver's license and good knowledge of the German language are required.

The most important task for the caregiver is the careful and precise administration of Parkinson's medication (06:00, 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, and 21:00).

In the morning, after administering the first medications, the client usually rests and gets up between 9:00 and 9:30. She mostly manages her morning hygiene on her own, but depending on her current health condition, she may need assistance. After breakfast, she moves around the apartment, and another dose of medication is administered in the late morning. The caregiver prepares lunch, which should be served no later than 14:00. In the afternoon, depending on the client's health condition, routine household tasks are performed, such as laundry, vacuuming, watering plants, or small shopping. After dinner, more medication is administered, followed by relaxation in front of the television, and the client goes to bed at approximately 22:00.

Parkinson's disease in the client also manifests as sudden episodes of weakness.

Caregiving for an 82-year-old senior with dementia/Alzheimer's (impaired short-term memory, non-aggressive, and no tendency to wander), high blood pressure, and incontinence (uses pads). He is slightly mobility-impaired, requiring light assistance with walking and stairs. Weight/Height: 85 kg / 180 cm.

Job responsibilities: partial assistance with dressing, household management – cooking (optional, meal delivery available), shopping, cleaning, laundry, supervision of daily routine, companionship. Night work is not necessary, as she sleeps through the night. A lady visits daily for 6 hours, engaging in activities such as crafting, reading, playing music, and sometimes cooking together. A good knowledge of the German language is required, smoking is allowed only outside, a driver's license is not needed, and time off is negotiable.

We are looking for care for an 84-year-old woman who requires assistance with mobility, needing either a walker or a cane. No night service is required; the client sleeps poorly but manages to go to the toilet by herself at night. Good or intermediate knowledge of German is required, non-smoker, and a driver's license is not necessary. We offer long-term cooperation starting on August 6, 2026.
