We are looking for an experienced and reliable caregiver for an 83-year-old senior woman with dementia, who lives with her husband in a house in Guxhagen Grebenau (Postal Code 34302). The elderly gentleman does not require care, often goes out for sports, and sometimes returns later, so the caregiver needs to be available during his absence.
The senior woman is mobile with assistance and requires help with daily activities, including toileting, as she is incontinent. There is a cat in the household. During the week, meal delivery is provided, but on weekends, the caregiver prepares meals.
Main responsibilities include caring for the lady, short walks, social activities, household cleaning, and weekend cooking. The caregiver should be cheerful, humorous, and able to provide pleasant company. The daily routine includes a walk in the garden, afternoon coffee at 16:00, watching television, and conversations at 17:30. Three times a week, the husband spends the evening doing sports, and the caregiver is needed at home until his return, including administering medication at 22:30.
A driver's license and good knowledge of the German language are required.
The caregiver will be accommodated in a separate room with TV, bathroom, and toilet.
The start is possible immediately, and the work is planned until April 22.

The client is a 90-year-old lady with a height of 155 cm and a weight of 50 kg. She suffers from Parkinson's disease and early-stage dementia. On better days, she is mobile, moving independently with a walker or cane, and can go to the toilet on her own at night. However, when her health deteriorates, she needs assistance with getting up, dressing, undressing, and personal hygiene. She has an adjustable bed available.
The most important task for the caregiver is the careful and precise administration of Parkinson's medication (06:00, 07:00, 11:00, 15:00, 19:00, and 21:00).
In the morning, after administering the first medications, the client usually rests and gets up between 9:00 and 9:30. She mostly manages her morning hygiene on her own, but depending on her current health condition, she may need assistance. After breakfast, she moves around the apartment, and another dose of medication is administered in the late morning. The caregiver prepares lunch, which should be served no later than 14:00. In the afternoon, depending on the client's health condition, routine household tasks are performed, such as laundry, vacuuming, watering plants, or small shopping. After dinner, more medication is administered, followed by relaxation in front of the television, and the client goes to bed at approximately 22:00.
Parkinson's disease in the client also manifests as sudden episodes of weakness.

Care for a 97-year-old senior woman in the village of Wiltingen (Postal Code 54459, rural area). The senior is physically and mentally relatively well, has diabetes, is mobile with a walker, and can manage most daily activities independently, such as dressing, hygiene, toileting, and eating. However, she requires the constant presence of another person due to a strong fear of loneliness and desires a "roommate."
The caregiver will primarily assist as a companion and support in daily life. Job responsibilities include accompanying her on walks, providing simple household assistance (cleaning, cooking, laundry), minor gardening tasks like watering flowers or sweeping leaves, and overall presence and supervision of the senior. The senior enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time in the garden, so social activities and spending time together are also important.
Healthcare duties include supervising medication intake according to the doctor's plan, assisting with inhaler use, regular emptying of the commode chair (at least 3 times daily), and occasional body lotion application. The senior uses a walker and cane but does not require lifting. Night work is not required, as she sleeps approximately from 23:00 to 6:00.
The caregiver is provided with separate accommodation—a whole floor of a family house (approximately 60 m²) with a private bathroom, TV, and WiFi. Free time can be arranged with the family.

Client, 92 years old, 95 kg and 165 cm, lives in her daughter's house, who resides in the same house in a separate apartment; the caregiver has access to a guest room, internet, and there is a large calm dog in the household. The client is entirely dependent on assistance for dressing, hygiene, toileting, standing, and walking, uses a wheelchair, and full transfer and a bed lift are used for mobility. She suffers from moderate dementia/Alzheimer's, weak short-term memory function, fluctuating orientation, general senile weakness, and pituitary insufficiency (a weakening of the pituitary gland that requires medication, as otherwise, the body lacks salts and hormones, which can lead to coma), requiring regular medication. She is kind, needs supervision with medication, meal provision, motivation, help with household tasks, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Night work is not necessary, as she sleeps through the night. A lady visits daily for 6 hours, engaging in activities such as crafting, reading, playing music, and sometimes cooking together. A good knowledge of the German language is required, smoking is allowed only outside, a driver's license is not needed, and time off is negotiable.

Caregiving for an 85-year-old senior (165 cm, 58 kg) who is bedridden due to a fractured femur. The senior suffers from dementia and Alzheimer's, has Parkinson's, and exhibits typical age-related frailty. She is mentally appropriate for her age but has limited orientation. With assistance, she can be lifted and transferred to a wheelchair. She requires help with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, as well as toilet assistance. Night service is needed once per night to assist with toilet visits. Monitoring and preparing medication is necessary. Job duties also include maintaining the household, cleaning the premises, doing laundry, cooking, and meal preparation. The senior's partner also cooks, so meals are managed together. Shopping is within a 10-minute walking distance, and weekly shopping is handled by the son through Rewe. The caregiver has a separate room available in a family house with a private shower, toilet, and WiFi. The residence is in a town with postal code 65812. A non-smoker is preferred. Providing companionship and spending time with the client is essential. A rotational work system is secured for a long-term period. The operational system aligns with the needs of the client and the family.
