man 82 years 178 cm 95 kg
We are looking for a caregiver for a married couple. The first person to care for is a 79-year-old senior woman, 163 cm tall and weighing 55 kg. She is partially mobile, using a walker and occasionally a wheelchair. Her diagnoses include a history of stroke, high blood pressure, epilepsy, and an allergy to bee and wasp stings. She is rarely incontinent but uses pads at night. In the morning, she needs assistance with waking up, basic hygiene, and preparing breakfast. Daily responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing, reminding her to take medications and drink enough fluids, and walking the dog twice a day. The second person is an 82-year-old senior man, 178 cm tall and weighing 95 kg. He suffers from urinary and fecal incontinence, has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, has a weakened right leg, and has walking difficulties. He is partially disoriented and cannot be left alone for long periods. He needs regular assistance with hygiene, dressing, changing incontinence supplies, and transfers from bed to wheelchair. He can walk short distances with a walker but uses a wheelchair for longer distances. He has an adjustable bed and a lifting aid available. The caregiver ensures his daily needs are met, including preparing fresh meals, engaging in social activities, going for walks, and having simple conversations. The household also includes the couple's son, who lives upstairs and can occasionally help, as well as a daughter who lives 20 minutes away. Additionally, a nursing service comes twice a week (on Tuesdays and Saturdays) for four hours to provide basic hygiene and showering assistance. The caregiver will have a separate room of 15 m², equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table, sink, and television. Internet is available. There is a dog in the household, which the caregiver will take care of as part of the agreed responsibilities.

No, completing a caregiving course is not necessary for most job positions; however, it is important to have at least some experience from a home environment.
Finding a family is a highly individual matter for each applicant, and therefore there is no exact timeframe for when we will find you a family with whom you will be mutually compatible. In some cases, we are able to arrange work within a few days; in other instances, the waiting period can be up to a month. For families in Switzerland, due to high demand, the wait may extend to two months.
If you are interested, we can arrange transportation for you. We have long-term partnerships with transport companies that our caregivers happily use repeatedly. Of course, you can also choose another transportation method that you prefer. The caregiver pays for the journey themselves, with the family in Germany contributing €150-200 towards it, and in Switzerland 380 CHF.
In Germany, the standard length of a work period is 4 to 6 weeks, while in Switzerland it's 2 months. In the case of temporary replacements, the periods are shorter.
The salary range in Germany is between €1200 and €2200 per month on a trade license.
